ALL BOAT COVERS, BIMINI TOPS, MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: The materials and workmanship in ALL our products are guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of manufacture. This Item is MADE TO ORDER in the United States. All our Patterns listed are confirmed for a specific production year, make, and a model of the boat mentioned in the listing title. Please make sure you select the correct Year, Make, and a Model of your boat before ordering, as there is a 25% restocking fee for all Semi-Custom, Styled To Fit covers, and Bimini Tops and 35% Restocking fee for all CUSTOM FIT Patterns to return or exchange them. All Returns or Exchanges require to have a proper RMA # before sending any items back for a refund or exchange. All return/ Exchange requests have to be filed  within 30 days after an item is received. All returns will be accepted in resellable condition with all original packaging. Damaged or dirty items returned back to us will NOT qualify for our Return Policy. Return shipping charges would be buyer's responsibility. If an item that you have received does NOT fit your Boat or is NOT "Item as Described", supporting pictures of NOT fitting item as well as Hull ID number of the boat will be required. If Bimini Top does NOT fit your Boat, please include a picture of ASSEMBLED Bimini Top Frame at the Mounting Location on the actual boat. It does NOT have to be mounted to the boat. All supported claims will be honored without any restocking fees, and return shipping label will be provided to exchange the product. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.Refund, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees, will be issued to your payment method when item has been received and inspected at our warehouse

 

 

Fading, which occurs in all dyed fabrics, does not affect the performance of the cover and is not covered under warranty.

 

  • Returned merchandise must be in like-new, unused, resellable condition and must be securely and correctly repacked in original box, including all accessories and documents. Merchandise that is not in acceptable condition is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items returned for reasons other than fit/size or damaged/defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping on any returns not due to damaged or defective goods.

 

The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. Upon inspection, manufacturer maintains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product within the published warranty period in its sole and absolute discretion. Issues that are not covered by the warranty include, but are not limited to, any extraordinary acts of nature such as severe storms, high winds, hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, freezing rain, and ice, or damage caused by animals or pets. Damage or water intrusion caused by water pooling on the cover is not covered by this warranty. In addition, any product abuse as determined by the manufacturer is not covered under the limited warranty. When possible and as a courtesy, manufacturer will attempt to repair damaged covers at a reduced cost, upon customer approval and request.
